156: Rebounding Like Dennis Rodman

Years ago we used to watch the Chicago Bulls play basketball quite often. At one point during the Jordan days Dennis Rodman joined the team. The man was brought in purely for one reason – to rebound and he was amazing at it.

Unfortunately rebounding is as big of a part of healing from a TBI as the setbacks themselves are. In recent times I feel that Terry has become pretty darn good at it, kind of like Dennis.

We talk about this concept today and Terry tells us about how motivation is key, what she ultimately wants to achieve and about not accepting no along the way. Along with that Terry offers up many of the tools used along the way.
